This report wasn’t about race just the numbers.
I’m aware of the other reports and the percentage is high but not the numbers you give.

And my post wasn't in response to the report. I was responding to the post who said there was a 50% chance in meeting someone with an STD which is BS (unless you are black or a homsexual.) I raised that it laregly depends on the race. See for yourself the info from the CDC.

Blacks represent almost 50% of all syphilis cases, and the majority of all cases (72% of all syphilis cases are homsexual men.)

67% of all reported gonorrhea cases.

Among women, the numbers are even more shocking--- almost 70 percent of all newly diagnosed HIV-positive women in the United States are black women.

The infection rate among blacks is 17 times as high as among whites (427.3 vs. 25.2 per 100,000) and 8 times as high as among Hispanics (53.8).

So if you are not meeting blacks or a homsexual, it's not going to be anywhere near 50-50.
