Yes but only when it happens to be a white Christian family who desire to adopt a black child with physical, developmental, emotional impairments or is an AIDs orphan, possibly from a Muslim woman.
Then, it's clear that those Christians are planning to prosthelyze the infant, and that can't be permitted under any circumstances!
