Went to a local sports/gun store Friday. I know the owners is big into clays and I suspected he had a stash.

Milled around the shelves, there were a few boxes of 12 & 20ga shells. I asked the friendly attendant if he had more in the back. He asked how many. I said a thousand. This drew a crowd and disbelief. The owner saved the day. He did have my order, brought it out with a handtruck. $483 with tax. Remington traget loads.

I’ll bet some of the people in the store will report me to somebody (this is CA)

The ammo is for an upcoming charity sporting clays event, I’m sponsoring 2-5 man teams.

Keep your store receipt handy and if you have anything on the charity sporting event, keep that handy too.

After what I’ve been hearing about police raids etc, I just don’t trust ‘em anymore. My hi-po atty’s on speed-dial.

Things are getting out of control, and they’re only getting started.
