I'm seriously thinking about bootlegging a shallow well here. Technically, new wells are not allowed.

The shallow water table is such that I could probably drive a well myself.

Johnny,, you mite want to try and wash the well casing (PVC Pipe) down with a garden hose and a spray nozzle such as this
