He obviously was not having any trouble breathing so no lethal threat to him was present. No, you did not respond to a single thing I said in post #43. Clearly you have no interest in doing anything but attacking me and not my position.

Could I deal with a person like that for 17 minutes? Since I assume he was behind a cell door I would do my best to calm him down, convince him to take his medication, if that did not work, put him in a padded cell and in suicide proof clothing. If restraint was need, I would do that, but then not spray him in the face because he got on my nerves.

Also if you must know, I am studying to be a prison chaplain/social worker and working with people like this would be my life goal.
