The old “hand on the back” thing drives me crazy. Obama does that with everyone! It’s s pure dominance maneuver and it would drive him crazy if someone did it to him. He’s such a child— always trying to assert himself and pretend that he’s important.
Exactly. It’s creepy of him and he does it for the appearance despite it unquestionably creeping his targets out.
