You’re right. Not justified. But the kid needs to learn that he cannot do that because some people don’t care if its justified or not. Even after everyone argues whether it was justified or not, it will not change the fact that the kid still has a busted face.

What? Should we let a kid get a beatdown and THEN say well that was wrong?

Like I said earlier, he is going to be violent to 9 people, then that tenth person is going to hurt him.

I worked with a girl who had downs syndrome. She would grab the breasts of other women and then giggle. She tried to do it to me. I took her arm, not hard, but firm, and said “no you will not do that, it is not appropriate. No one else ever did that to her. She not once after that ever grabbed anyone in front of me again.
She ended up getting decked by doing it to the wrong person. She was trained that she could do whatever she wanted. I did my best, but I wasn’t with her 24/7. That said though, she doesn’t do it to anyone anymore.
