....and this rule is to solve what problem, exactly?......... That the NFL is facing and will face thousands of lawsuits, face damages in the billions of dollars, become subject to legislation outlawing the game, and go out of business.

And prior to the NFL going under, football will be abolished at the youth/community level, then high school, then college levels.
