Iran ceases to be a country, thanks to Israeli submarines. A relatively weak cloud of fallout may make it to this country, so having some Iodine tablets around is good for that scenario (naturally, I have them too).
But I think that Israel will be ok, as they will take Iran out first - the effect will be the same, a relative weak cloud of fallout drifts over the planet. Israel’s intelligence is strong enough to know when the clock is up - as long as they don’t elect a European nutcase to run the country again, as they did in 1969, they should be able to respond properly. I think once that is settled, not much more will happen. The Russians are now very close to Israel and no one likes the Imams that are now running most of the countries in the neighborhood.
The only other possible, significant, fallout (so to speak), would be in oil prices, particularly if Iran is still able to give Saudi and the Sheiks a black eye. That will definitely be disruptive and inflationary, so that’s where having some inventory can be very helpful.
