Have they no trees in Texas from which rails could be cut? Are there no fowl that would donate their feathers? Is not Texas rich in petroleum products including tar? Is there no hempen rope? Are there no parents and like minded adults that are spiritually and physically able to purge such behavior from our schools?

From here it does not look like the above exist in Texas. The vermin still struts, preens and smirks and will suffer no penalty for her abominations.
