If you go back and listen to the very beginning of the clip, the interviewer says, "Ah OK, Justin, sorry, ah, Bieber, is German for basketball, true or false?"

Then he just repeats "Is German for basketball, true or false?" The interviewer doesn't repeat the question in full, "Bieber, is German for baskbetball, true or false?"
