I live in N.E. Oklahoma....had a dog very like that cross in front of me on HWY 60...a few years ago.

We have a slew of domestic dogs dumped off in our rural areas...It's cruel and wrong.

I had a similar encounter several years ago on Hwy 75 between Tulsa and Bartlesville.
