I have the same problem...
I can't seem to expend more energy than what it takes to get me going;) Mrs. outofsalt has been working on this for some time and has not yet resolved the engineering issues.

I can't seem to expend more energy than what it takes to get me going;) Mrs. outofsalt has been working on this for some time and has not yet resolved the engineering issues. Typically, the amount of energy required to get you going (the activation energy, or Eact) is far higher than the amount needed to keep you going. This Eact can be decreased through the use of a catalyst. Obviously, Mrs. outofsalt merely needs to apply the proper catalyst.
