Serious proposal. I’m a hard core conservative, so my vote will always go that way, but I can’t resist the urge to mess with my local Democrats a little. Remember, we got John McCain as the GOP candidate partly because of all the Deomcrats that voted in the Iowa caucus. A little back-at-ya might be in order....
As a thought experiment, it’s interesting. As a serious proposal, it’s a total non starter.
