At the end of the video, the reporter stated that the Police stated while the person shot had no arrest or gang history, most of the people she was hanging out with were part of gangs and they ran off with no one helping this girl when she was shot. There is more to this story then what we will probably ever know.
She was called a “good kid who always did the right thing” but look at the people she was hanging out with!
That reminds me of the doctor who hung out with the Bugs Moran gang, because he liked the danger associated with it. He died in the St. Valentine’s Day Massacre.
