Last week I just got my Swedish Mauser back from my brother who claimed it was his for the longest time. It is a family heirloom that I want to give to my son. He told me to come and get it because the cartridges cost $100 per box. I went to Fleet Farm and picked up two boxes for $36.00. It was my first deer hunting rifle.
I love the 6.5x55. I’ve been lucky enough to put back about 500 rounds at less than $10 a box.
