You must have forgotten your American History too Bikkuri =^.^=

That is Millard Fillmore the 13th President of the United States.

He and the Whig Party did NOTHING to halt the spread of slavery, NOTHING to stand up to the Democrats and were so mealy mouthed and Moderate the Whigs simply let country slide into Civil War.

Geez...
