I assume it means those whose “gender” varies from their biological sex. Meaning they are a man or a woman and act or feel as if they were a woman or man. Or maybe it’s people who keep switching between being male and female. Who cares?
This shouldn’t be an issue, as we’ve always had tomboys, dykes, dandies, and sissies. But it’s gone way beyond how you act and what you feel, as we’ve started allowing them to mutilate themselves on the pretext they’re “really” the other sex, or just because it appeases them. Then we have to learn how to humorous them, for it is as unnatural to take them seriously as it us to play along with someone who claims their arm is haunted by the ghost of Napoleon and must he severed.
But there’s political hay to be made, especially since you can lump them together with other perverts to forge a power block and hammer others with yet more political correctness. Also, psychiatrists and surgeons gotta make a living.
