Requiring the need of a midwife limits it to someone physically female, Probably been taking Testosterone Injections. May have had Mammary Glands removed.
I am guessing the male hormone will make the pelvic bones less flexible. Making natural delivery more difficult than would otherwise be expected.
There are a variety of disorders of sexual development. Most leave the sufferer sterile. Gender-Variant usually is though to include all those who develop physically not completely male nor female as well as those who mentally believe their gender doesn’t match (conform to) their body.
I think the number of “transgendered” women who have given birth is still in the single digits. Therefore, transgendered anything is not relevant to the vast majority of midwives.
And I thought I was confused.
I am SO thankful I was brought up the strict and old-fashioned way.
None of this “anything goes” crap was accepted.
