Actually this kind of stuff is getting to be a problem. A born male trans gender person I know personally tried to sue a doctor who declined to do a pap test on him. He had had breast implants/enhancements and was taking scarily massive doses of estrogen, but still had male genitalia. Latter he believed that he was pregnant and got shipped off to the funny farm for a while. I can see that midwives might need some training in how to deal with these situations.

There really is such a thing called a “Phantom Pregnancy”. Being that he was on high amounts of estrogen and is mentally ill, he may well have had it!!!
