Yes it is hard. While I would sit at the computer she would come over and lay her head on my right leg and I would give her the pat or a nice ear scratch she was looking for and if that was not enough she would nuzzle my arm until I delivered the milk bone she was looking for. Yep I am missing her.
She was a wonderful companion and buddy
