To be fair, I think he was arguing that his TO call was early enough that the kicker shouldn't have got a free practice kick in.
As I mentioned in an earlier post, Bryant does this all the time. You call a time out...he's gonna kick it.
Obviously there is no rule against that.
I noticed the night before that the Ravens kicker ran onto the field and set up a did a practice kick between the overtime period. Never seen anything like that before.
