It’s standard practice for doctors to take BP in stressful situations, and then try to admit the patient to the emergency room. Maybe it shouldn’t be, but it is.

I asked my doctor what my BP was. He told me...and I said....take it again....He did and it was right on target....120/80.

Then he took my temperature...and it was 99.1. Told him I never run a temperature. He grabbed a different thermometer and took it again....and it was my usual 98.4. Digital stinks.

I still have my mercury thermometer.
