I’ve been taking Aleve for the muscle pain Dr. Hall identified, as well as the pain from falling at the skating rink. It doesn’t require eating more.
I’m not any less anxious than I was back in October, but instead of feeding my anxiety wine, cheese, and pretzels, I’m feeding it spinach, apples, and Weight Watchers meetings. So I’m thinner ;-).
Aleve is Naproxin, and I can’t take that. It literally makes me faint.
And Tylenol, of course, is what ruined my liver, so I can’t take that, either. *sigh*
Looks like I’m stuck with ibuprofin. :o|
