I can't contact my GOP House member, because his offices are closed 'til tomorrow, and the mailbox is full. It's maddening not to be able to make my opinion heard when such a humongous Bill is about to be voted on.

Maybe because I’m old school, I loved the old way of flooding Congress with paper telegrams. Something tangible, not as easily ignored.
But extra printing and devaluing of dollars is an excellent way to enact reparations for slavery. They've been doing it now for four years. Next time you go to the grocery store purchasing only two-thirds of the amount of food you used to purchase for the same amount of groceries, realize that that other third of the cart is now going into the carts of those with EBT cards. Your purchasing power has been stolen from you directly because of this monetizing of our debt. And here's the kicker. Our GOP House gave it their blessing.

Vote is going on right now. Almost every Democrat is voting ‘YES’. If every Democrat remaining votes ‘YES’, it passes.

NFL is more entertaining than tax code soap opera. I don’t run into too many people who know 1/10th as much about the tax code as I do. And I don’t do tax code for a living. People hate to learn about taxes but they love drama. No drama Obama. remember that one.
SEA might roll thru ATL. GB-SF showdown in 10 days. I don’t know how SEA would perform at GB in JAN.
I just bet a coworker that the SB will be SEA-DEN.

They’ll run out of bond investors and sustainable revenues (manufacturing, etc.), too. Then, the robbery party stops. Might be wise to save some cash and a few other necessities for a time of extended closings of services.
After that, there will be no magic money tree. All will have to be earned.
Green Bay and it’s Lady Linebackers will lose to MN again this weekend. Book it. Being at home will make no difference.
Texans (lucky to get the Bengals the worst team in playoffs), Seahawks, and Colts will also advance.
