In my opinion, if the government is not willing to exercise its responsibilities to protect its legal citizens, it is time for the citizenry to take care of the problem—permanently.
I wonder what kind of anti-DUI public service ads the government runs in Mexico, if any. It seems that drunk driving is almost a macho thing to do for Mexicans.
What is so wrong, the illegals drinking and driving causing fatal accidents, do not have to worry about paying any kind of restitution for pain and suffering,medical bills, loss of quality of life, cost for replace car.
