Piers is pond scum so this is fun but goofy.

Piers Morgan has a free speech right to his opinion as long as he’s not advocating unlawful activity. As a foreigner, Morgan still has a 1st Amendment rights.

You don’t strengthen the Constitutional right to bear arms by eviscerating the Constitutional right to free speech.

Deporting Morgan would not deprive him of his “free speech rights”. He can say whatever he wants. He can even be on CNN. Just not from the USA.

.
But not if he’s masquerading as a news reporter.

We have the legal right to demand that he be deported.

"Piers Morgan has a free speech right to his opinion as long as he’s not advocating unlawful activity."

IMHO, calling for the government to violate the Constitution is advocating unlawful activity. There's a fine line; if Piers is calling for an honest and open debate to repeal the 2nd Amendment, that's protected political speech. If he's calling for government to violate the Constitution based on a groundswell of public emotion (which he has been instrumental in shaping), I would have to consider that a direct incitement of unlawful and potentially violent behavior.

Morgan still has a 1st Amendment rights.

Sure. But has nothing to do with thee and me.

The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution is part of the Bill of Rights. The amendment prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion, impeding the free exercise of religion, abridging the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances.
