From the article “ they didn’t know I knew what I knew”. Huh? I heard him give speech once. I was not sure what he was saying - kind of elliptical. That being said I did get to be the presence of a consequential figure in American history.
Elliptical is a good word for it. I would think the college educated could write and speak a clear sentence.
