They taste like greens—spinach, turnip greens, kale—like those. They’re of the cabbage family, so they have a cabbage flavor, perhaps a little stronger. I cook mine with bacon and add a little vinegar and tabasco. Mmmm....

If you go to a big grocery store, one well stocked with lots of produce, you’ll probably find some there. Try them and see if you like them.

Thanks for the link. I’ll be looking for them in our super market, or maybe just use polk instead, since we have so much growing wild around here.
