When did any district attorney EVER charge the GUN, not the PERSON with shooting someone?
Excellent point and I'll add one more - on 9/11/01, nearly 3,000 people were murdered in a terrorist attack. However, there have been NO demands to control aircraft or jet fuel.
Does this suggest selective outrage?
