For years, I had heard that Citizen Kane was the greatest film of all time

I bought the CK DVD and watched it for the first time with my 5 kids. They didn't make it 30 minutes. I finished it but would never watch it again.

Your kids lasted longer than I did. CK is one of those revolutionary movies that just do not stand the test of time. The eyelids start drooping about ten minutes into the flick. Ditto for GWTW. Basically just an overproduced chick flick. Mad Magazine did the best review of it.
