A guy I know got dressed down at work for something he didn't do, the other worker's ganged up and pointed fingers at him, the boss came down and told him to clean out his locker. He tried to argue his case to no avail - they wouldn't listen. He muttered something like “and you wonder why ex-employees go back and shoot the place up....” as he turned to go to his locker.

They had a whole bunch of security come down and swarm the guy and hold him for the cops, they threatened to charge him with terroristic threats, etc. They finally wrote out a contract saying they would drop the charges if he promised not to pursue his firing, no lawsuits, and not to come on the property again. (The guy doesn't even own any guns).

Too bad this gal will never face that kind of scrutiny.
