Nature designed the penis with a protective, highly-innervated sheath for a purpose. Deal with it. Life isn't fair. It is the parent's decision and is made with the best interests of the child in mind. Deal with that.

Anyone thinking the parent's should not be allowed to make that decision is an adolescent control freak. They care nothing for the child (since control freaks only care about themselves), but probably feel traumatized that it happened to them and want to exert some sort of infantile revenge that exposes their parents as evil monsters.

Reduced pleasure? One could say that's a good thing. Imagine all the women complaining because their partner is finished when they are just getting started.
