Many of us who don’t post enjoy this thread and profit from it. Perhaps ROK is some nitwitted malcontent. He or she is not my concern. Just ignore it’s posting and continue to enrich the rest of us. Mentally ill people rarely enhance the value of the thread. Thank you for your efforts.

Oh, and one other thing: If that individual wants to become supreme arbiter of FR content, I submit that he/she fund the FReepathons. It’s only fair—you buy it, you own it.

I am glad you enjoy the thread. Thank you for your support. I believe it’s a she. She apologized yesterday. You have a great day. God Bless.

We continue to enjoy great clear weather here on the far upper coast of Calif. Still planting cover crop and yard cleanup and even made a little compost with lawn clippings and leaves. Had the Redwood needles blown off our roof today which is a yearly event but I may have the trees closest to the house topped about 30% . I need to get over to the nursery and buy my new Strawberry plants for next spring and I think I will buy Sequoia again as they outdid themselves the past two years.

We are freezing here. Weather changed yesterday, and somehow I missed the forcast. So I was outside with a flashlight last night covering up the winter gardens with the row covers and straw.

Two very cloudy days in a row. So I turned on the grow lights mid morning. Hubby’s winter wheat is up about 6 or 8 inches, and makes the garden look so very cheery.

I heated up rice socks to hang around our necks this AM while grand daughter and I waited for the bus. May have to make some more to go around our waist, if it gets any colder.LOL.

We had a Great Sunny Day today. Solar heat made my hangout garden room very toasty. Didn’t get above the 40’s outside though. On the way to a low of 25 degrees tongiht.

Just heard on the weather a warming trend is underway. We will have Temps above freezing day and night on Thurs. Fri. and Sat. before winter strikes again.
