Zotted?

Maybe I don’t know. Her last post was Dec 7 @ 10:53 pm.
How does one know for sure, when a poster gets the official zot?

She’s viable. Click on her name-if a screen comes up that says that a poster has been banned/suspended, they’re gone, at least temporarily.

No...not zotted..just lost “interest” I guess.

LOL That dust on the bee’s legs is pollen it has been collecting. Typically you wont see many honey bees buzzing around tomato flowers. Honey bees do not pollinate tomatoes because they cannot get to the pollen and the flowers do not produce nectar. Other pollinating insects can help pollinate a tomato flower. They are the cause of cross-pollination.

Good idea about writing a letter to your grandchildren that includes directions for growing their own vegetables.
You know they are going to need that soon if things continue the way they are.

I have heard of gardeners using cordless tooth (teeth?) brushes to vibrate the Mater bushes to pollinate them them. I just walked along and rattled the bushes in their cages...

Yeh, I think shaking and filcking works well enough no need to go overboard with tooth brush vibrations - might damage the tender flowers, knock them off the stem entirely.

Rita,
thank you for your gracious apology! We all have bad days. I definitely can be a real Shit sometimes....not that I am labeling you that, just a term I refer to myself sometimes.
