Well take him!
Signed still missing Kurt Warner in Arizona
Funny you should mention Kurt Warner, who got HIS starting job after Rodney Harrison maimed Trent Green in a preseason game. Green lost his job 'cause Warner had a great season and won the Super Bowl. He stuck around for a year as backup, showing he could run the Greatest Show on Turf when Warner got injured the following season, before starting for the rst of his career in KC.
Go back a couple decades plus, and Pat Haden was injured pitching a shutout (24-0) against the Seahawks in what would become one of the greatest defensive shutdowns of ALL TIME. (Seahawk total yardage, -8 yards). Vince Ferragamo went in, and led the Rams to their first Super Bowl, putting in a creditable performance. Haden never regained his status.
Signed, Rams fan still missing Kurt Warner ... and London Fletcher

Considering that I have tickets to see the Rams vs the 9ers on Sunday, I am happy with this news :)

This is in regards to Kurt Warner. My son and I went to Rams training camp the year after they won the super bowl. After training in the hot sun all day, Kurt Warner had a table and chair brought out, took a seat and talked and signed for every fan for free. My son was only 5 but he remembers that Kurt Warner said “I like your hat” (the hat said 1 cross plus 3 nails = 4 given). To this day, Kurt is still a stand up man.
