If someone outside the MSM broke the true story about Benghazi, they'd put the MSM to shame

The problem is that there is a LARGE NUMBER of Americans that will never believe one word of a story if it originates from certain sources. If you could somehow get the story to appear as an AP story or a Reuters story, the Lemmings would run with it.

You're forgetting stories like Monica's blue dress, ACORN, and Cong. Weiner's photos -- all from new, conservative media outlets. It doesn't matter much where it comes from, what matters is how undeniable it is. Record it, videotape it, and the MSM is sunk.

Why is an outfit like Media Matters so influential? Because big-money libs infuse it with millions of dollars. Go to YouTube sometime and search for Andrew Breitbart interviews -- in half of them he bemoans the lack of financial support from moneyed conservatives. That's Breitbart.com's (and other sites') main problem, not that they won't be believed if they uncover a story.
