They taze kids, they taze grammas, they taze invalids, WHY THE H CANT THEY TAZE A DOG ??????????????
The problem isn’t inability to taze a dog.
The problem is that they relish intimidating law abiding American citizens by the implicit threat made when they shoot a dog.
We’re not dealing with incompetence, but malice.
