I think Rush or maybe Mark Levin would litigate. Unless they have a probate violation, no one will go to jail. Could you imagine if Rush(or some other prominent conservative) was actually thrown in jail for not paying the fine or buying insurance? This could be a cause célèbre that could ignite a firestorm.

I would hope that you would be correct, but after this past week’s election I really don’t think anything would happen beyond people just verbally objecting to it.
The leftist media, the Democrats, and the 47% would rejoice and Rush would probably meet with some type of “accident” or “commit suicide” in prison.
