I feel that the fix was in by the time of the first debate, if not before.
That's why Obama looked bored and disinterested in the first debate. The spoiled child knew his army of cheaters would deliver him the election.
There was definately a fix in by the 2nd debate. HOW did obama KNOW that crowley would have the transcript of the speech where Romeny said obama did not call benghazi an act of terror? Where crowley interrupted and said that indeed, obama did say it was an act of terror? Even though he DID NOT, he said the words, act of terror, but NOT in relation to benghazi. crowley admitted that Romney had been correct the next day, but by that time, the trick had worked, and Romneys momentum was broken.
SO, again, how did obama KNOW that crowley would interrupt, and how did he KNOW she’d have the transcript, if they didnt have it planned prior?
