Axelrod admitted yesterday his operation used addresses obtained from records of the 2010 Census (which the White House insisted on running back in 2009).

Questions for the board: Is this legal? Is this cheating?

Any chance US postal workers in select areas tossed out mail in ballots? Could a post office worker toss out bins of legal ballots and replace them with falsified mass produced ballots?

By law, Census records are sealed for 72 years. So if anyone had access to current Census records and used them to construct a residents list for political purposes, that would have been a criminal act.
