New Orleans, however, absolutely belongs on the list of worst airports. It's dingy, dirty and offers the worst possible food by surly and uncaring people. It is the worst domestic airport I travel to, and I spend a lot of time in airports. Are you describing the airport,the city,or both? Although I've never been to NO everything I've read about the *city* contained the adjectives you've used to describe the airport.
I was referring to the airport, although the city isn't much better - save for the food. How the city can offer such awesome food, while the airport food sucks in epic fashion, is a mystery.
But then, the old saying about New Orleans is truer today than ever before: Show me someone going to New Orleans for vacation and I'll show you someone going there for the first time.
