**Pure Vanity Here**
Mark these words...THERE WILL NEVER BE AN ALL WHITE LIBERAL TICKET...EVER AGAIN.
Bill Clinton got 2 terms because he was known as "The First Black President", Al Gore went with Lieberman and lost. Neither of them had anything remotely black about themselves.
John Kerry picked John Edwards = Loss
Michael Dukakis picked Lloyd Bensten = Loss
Walter Mondale picked Geraldine Ferraro = Loss
Jimmy Carter ran for 2nd term with Mondale = Loss
Obama wins twice as black president.
Democrats will trot out Cory Booker (MARK MY WORDS) and San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro in the next election. Hillary will not run...too old..too many generations have moved on since the Clinton's were in office.
The Democrats have found their secret to winning the White House forever from here on out. There MUST be a black or hispanic on the top ticket or they will never win.
If Barack Obama was white...he would have lost Carter style because blacks would never in a million years been motivated to vote for him.
So, as the white population decreases due to illegal immigration and more interracial couples forming unions and having children...the Republican party would be wise to recognize this as a fact because the ground game that is in place right now for Democrats is the one that will remain and only grow as time goes on and technology improves.
This is not a pandering issue post to the GOP from me. I am just stating a fact. Joe Biden is there for one reason...to even out and push away the "scary black boogie man" vibe that many whites still have about black people in general. Biden is worthless...just like Al Gore on his own without Clinton on the ticket.
GOP would also be better off if they picked social conservative hispanics to run in CA instead of white RINO’s like Whitman.
They may have to find a new minority for the next several cycles, in order to keep their base interested, a new Democrat Idol, as it were. This will limit their choices, since presidential candidates do have to have some sort of attraction and speaking ability.
From the Klan party I doubt it.
I just gave the 2 names that could secure them 16 yrs at the very least.
I gotta say Clinton is more of a black american than Obama is.
Oy veh, everytime I realize he won I get nauseous. Four more years of that guy? I’ll never make it!
I don’t even feel like it was Romney’s fault.
I think our country is done, I really do.
The national IQ has dropped below functioning level.
We don’t have enough people to elect roadkill. The rats vote for rats because they are rats, RINO is meaningless.
There will never be an America again.
You’ll make it. Rest of the world will get hit hard, though.
If he fails as badly as I expect there will never be another black president again, at least not for a very long time. And I think Hillary can and will run again, although her chances would have been better following a Romney presidency.
I’m thinking Julian Castro is the next batter up.
He figured prominently at the DNC and had several news stories and interviews following.
Can’t stand his smarmy smile and fake “I care” crap.
Obama’s policies may very well do in the liberal democrat party. So his re-election may just be a godsend!
The liberals that voted for him will not like it when “O’s” policies effect them negatively. i.e Loss of jobs, high taxes, more gov. rules and regulations, reduced medical care, gov. indoctrination in the schools, commodity shortages, sky high fuel/electric costs (for home and car) etc.
History is repeating itself. We might be better off moving to Russia. They have already gone through this ugly form of government control of everything, and realize it’s counterproductive to mankind.
I think both will be on the ticket.
