I didn’t truly believe Obama would win. I kept trying to prep myself, but it was such a gut-punch when I saw the results I felt like throwing up.
Not long. Not that people care apparently.
One way or another, this country will never be the same.
Bush's fault.
If people won't vote for a softball like Romney, they won't vote for a conservative.
Of course everyone would have a problem with that. Everyone would have a problem with them having a drink before driving or surgery as well, but we still keep alcohol legal. Prohibition didn't work then. It isn't working now. We have to trust citizens to act responsibly and keep in place laws to punish then when they don't. The alternative is worse.
What the hell can be worse than what has been delivered in America this morning???
Liberals champion marijauna, so I oppose it with every fiber of by being. Simple as that.
All I can do is hunker down and try to live the rest of my life in peace as much as I can. Driving America over the edge was his ambition to begin with, and I further think that he has the Islamic goal of a world-wide caliphate in mind as well.
Some people think he’s a moron, but I disagree; he now has the “flexibility” he promised Medvedev.
For the first time, an entire state voted to commit suicide, that being West Virginia, by electing a Democrat senator fully knowing that the Democrats have sworn to destroy West Virginia by shutting down the coal industry and already carried out much of that scheme.
And West Virginia didn’t even have the common courtesy to think how their suicide would deeply harm the rest of the country, because this one senator was enough to insure Democrat control of the US senate.
Had they forced themselves to vote for the Republican candidate, just this once, they would have had at least a chance to survive.
But instead they chose to die.
While the rest of the country may now be plunged into a deep and terrible economic depression, West Virginia will soon be an impoverished wasteland, its people starving and homeless, living on whatever relief charity may provide.
It was their choice. Now they must suffer the consequences.
You said very well what I was thinking but too depressed to put into words.
Sow the wind, reap the whirlwind.
I stopped eating around 5pm; otherwise I’d have thrown-up.
I think you are confusing legalization of marijuana with championing marijuana. The War on Some Drugs has been responsible for the undermining of our Bill of Rights for about a century. This started with the undermining of the right to keep and bear arms as a reaction to the corruption and gangsterism which grew from the prohibition of alcohol.
Do you support the re-criminalization of the possession of alcohol?
