The gun industry is celebrating tonight. BUT.. how is Ozero going to grab them? We still have the house. They are NOT going to agree to EVER pass any laws allowing the Feds to confiscate. At least not this current house. Whatever happens in 2014 is anybody’s guess.

Who needs legislation? A packed federal judiciary and an executive order will be all takes. Maybe a UN treaty. The house can't do anything because the Dems control the Senate.

I’m not trying to be contrary for the sake of it, but I don’t
think a confiscate regulation could occur with an executive
order. And I believe that it takes a two thirds majority of
the Senate to ratify a UN treaty.

So BOTH of those scenarios seem a little implausible.

Even if a treaty has something about guns, the constitution is above that and that part of the treaty is null abd void.
