Sorry typing on a a smart phone keyboard so its cleaned up
I don’t know, klimeckg, much as I want to agree with that assessment, it became clear to me in recent days that almost no one knows what happened there or even that anything at all happened anywhere.
I saw another person looking directly at fox news as evidence of the emails requesting help but denied were being reported, and this person refused to even watch or listen even though looking directly at it while reading the ticker underneath.
I can only say that people know what they want to know, see what they want to see, and hear what they want to hear. Everything else simply doesn’t exist.
Favre never played for Minnesota in the Super Bowl. They lost to the Saints in the NFC championship. And he never had a situation where he could have taken a knee. He did go out fighting, on a bad ankle.
I blame the perfect storm and the fat bastrd in New Jersey and Colon Powell.
To me the Colon Powell ad was the most effective ad for either candidate.
If Colon did the same for Romney he would be president tonight.
He was more aggressive than McCain for sure but that’s not saying much. I was blasted in the Summer for saying that Romney was running a prevent defense campaign -— trying not to lose a winnable race.
All of the bias national media, zombie voters and campaign shenanigans are no excuses because those unfortunately are a giving no matter who was the nominee, and if one no can overcome with an economy this bad then we need to just shut the whole thing down and go home
Minnesota didn’t make it to the Super Bowl when Bret Favre was QB. They last went in 1977.
I dont agree about Benghazi per se, but I DO think Romney hurt himself earlier on in the summer.
He Should have been far more agressive early one both defending himself and outlining why Obama was RESPONSIBLE for the weak economy.
See, Romney was going around mentioning the weak economy. Sure, its all true and valid.
But Obama and Clinton shot back “Well it was not our fault, it was really bad and its getting better....”
Well, Romney needed to shoot that full of holes.
He did an awesome job in debate #1 doing that, but did NOT consistently make it his campaign.
More hammer-and-tong would have helped.
It just happened more Americans decided to give the first black president a second chance.
In the absence of monumental scandal, NOTHING could overcome that. That's my view. Also, "Bush's fault!"
It didn't help we had some idiots giving life to the "war on women" talking-point in the form of Mourdock and Akin. We can thank Rush for kicking that off with his Sandra Fluke flap.
