And the Democratic voters in their millions (along with deluded "independents") will still be blaming Bush.

We said people would be wanting the GOP this election. People continue to surprise me with their ignorance and entitlement attitude. We’ve reached a threshold in this Country....they will continue to vote for more entitlements. They will kill the golden goose.

CNN and MSNBC will be telling them it's 4% and the economy has never been better, and they'll believe it.

If at anytime in 2016 it looks like the Democrat nominee will lose, I think Breyer will go ahead and retire.

But even if things get worse, I wonder if it will matter? Yeah, Romney probably could have run a better campaign, but come on! Obama is terrible. His one success was allowing the Navy Seals to do their thing. He should have been tossed out in a rout, but instead he wins a comfortable electoral college victory. Certain segments of the population - growing segments unfortunately - will simply never vote Republican.

I admit I’m pretty down right now though.
