Why would anyone ever want to listen to Dick Morris predict anything about elections ever again?
Just sayin'....
Frankly if one looked at poll internals Morris and Barone’s analysis was pretty rational. Not sure why people are angry.
The late polls certainly favored Romney.
If Obama has been reelected then we know the country is NOT the country we believed we could and should have.
It isn't on Morris, Barone, Romney or Ryan. It's all one the voters. If you didn't work hard to turn out the vote, look in the mirror.
I made calls or Romney; I never volunteered for any campaign before.
I have said for years if Obama was John F Kerry or John McCain a reelection would be unthinkable but the "historical nature" of his presidency was a tremendous wildcard.
Whatever the final outcome Romney did his part; if he falls it's because voters failed him.
Dick Morris is a dick. Even though his heart may be in the right place.
Been saying that for a long time. Yet Fox News keeps putting him on and some post him here and swoon over his obvious stupidity.
I started getting very worried about this election as soon as Dick Morris started proclaiming a Romney landslide.
Dick is always wrong about elections and Hannity still has the idiot on about three times a week. I’m going to tweet Hannity a big WTF?
Morris said landslide which is mathematically impossible now. The heavy Democratic portions of N.C. still have to come in ditto in Virginia which is why they haven’t been called for Romney.
The number of dumb-ass f*&(ing idiots on this site who assailed ANYBODY who EVER showed ANY concern is uncountable. Concern troll????? Who is the dumb-ass cck-scker who came up with that?
No more, he’s just proven that he has absolutely no credibility. Neither does Karl Rove or Michael Barone. We were snookered big time!
Granted, not yet.... But Dick Morris' landslide delusion along with his taking the Senate by about 6 seats prediction IS over.... WAY over.
Dick Morris is stupid.
Romney really did all he could. It isn't that he wasn't conservative enough or he should've picked a different running mate. It's about the American voter.
Wrote on his twitter page that he will have quite a bit of egg to wipe off his face tomorrow. I never trusted Morris who in 2008 said Hillary would be out next President, but I did trust Barone. I’m sick.
Consider him a gift from Bill Clinton
Your words are like iron.
If we lose at the end of this night, I'm not gonna blame Romney or Ryan, nor lash at out Michael Barone, who I believe made his prediction in all good faith. (Christie I will blame however - and Morris I've never believed!)
No, if the odious America-hating Obama is reelected, the blame lies with the population of the new America we now live in. The culture has become so degraded, our forefathers would not recognize what we've become.
Praying that we may still have a good outcome tonight. Lord help us.
PEOPLE! What do you want? Would you have wanted them to all say “we are going to lose!” This would have so depressed the base that GOP turnout would be so bad that we’d be talking about Speaker Pelosi right now.
We have kept the House.
Like many useful terms, “concern troll” describes an actual troll activity, it is just that the phrase gets misused/overused.
When “political correctness” first emerged, it was a great term, but then the left started using it to mean the opposite.
Words and descriptions get misused, there will always be true trolls, posing as caring “concern trolls”, on the internet.
If you have a valid challenge to something, you just need to be strong enough to state your concerns and explain why and how you are sincere.
One or two frivolous “concern troll” posts thrown at you, should not be enough to deter you if you can display credibility and thoughtfulness.
Praying that we may still have a good outcome tonight. Lord help us."
Thank you for your conclusions, they are spot on. The problem is not with Romney, nor Ryan, Barone or Morris. The problem rests with us, it is one of the heart and soul of America itself. If God does not have mercy and deliver us, then I believe we are under the direct judgment of Almighty God as a direct result of our sin. He has given us over to our sin and degradation and we have reached the tipping point of no return as a nation.
Pray because at this point, the very future of our nation rests in the hands and determined will of God.
The culture has become so degraded, our forefathers would not recognize what we've become.
Yes, I hate to see good people blamed, for an outcome that was not their fault.
Ohio has apparently now fallen. At this point I don't know what to do but pray hard, and hope the Lord grants us wisdom, and the courage to do whatever it is we must do next...
