We have about 2 1/2 hours before the Sunday morning papers hit online with their articles (more than just a ,an, and the).
Any surprises? Remember there was supposed to be a surprise in the 2004 NYT to be featured on 60 Minutes that got blown out of the water by Drudge.
Are there any surprises left - if so, what are they?
Tomorrow is the Osama assassination documentary (cough, cough) where Obama does a “tap” dance for us.
I think Sandy screwed up the timing of any Obama/MSM last minute hit jobs. it would have looked bad to put one out during the crisis (Mon-Thur). And so I think yhey were hoping to just ride out the remainder with glowing praise of King Barry.
But by Friday I think they realized there was no real bounce; then the mess got worse in NY/NJ; and finally Obozo stepped in it with “revenge” remark.
So, they are stuck. And a last minute hit would look desperate at this time. But you can never count out the media.
The revenge statement will probably be the last gift we get until the election
