I think we will find that the kenyan already has his civilian army/Praetorian Guard. TSA and SIEU to start; big city police forces.Most of the Federal agencies have large and growing armed and trained enforcement forces, including the Education Department. These forces will prove to be loyal to The One. The military will be shifted overseas much more than it is now and the ongoing purge of the officer corps will be ramped up and include the NCOs. By the time the generals and the troops know that it is time to act to save the Republic all the relevant personnel and officers will be retired, dead, or in prison.
I don’t know if you heard Mayor Doomberg’s reply as to why National Guard troops weren’t being to deployed in the more devastated areas of NYC. He basically said that he didn’t want anybody other than NYPD on the streets with guns.
